Get off the plane – Proceed to the International Arrival Hall (1^stFLOOR) – Entry Formalities (Customs & Immigration) – The International Departure Hall (2^nd FLOOR) – Go through the Outbound Customs & Immigration Inspection – Security Check – Proceed to the corresponding boarding gate – Wait for boarding

Get off the plane – Proceed to the “24-hour international direct transfer area” for checking– Proceed to the corresponding boarding gate – Wait for boarding

   Get off the plane – Proceed to the Domestic Arrival Hall (1^stFLOOR) – The International Departure Hall (2^nd FLOOR) – Go through the Outbound Customs Inspection – Re-print onward flight boarding pass at F-Counters on the International Departure Hall (2^nd FLOOR) [except for passenger transfer from PKX by MF flights]– Immigration Inspection – Security Check – Proceed to the corresponding boarding gate – Wait for boarding

【MF Flight -MF Flight, Non-Through Checked-in】

Get off the plane – Proceed to the Domestic Arrival Hall (1^stFLOOR) – Claim checked baggage– The International Departure Hall (2^nd FLOOR) – Go through the Outbound Customs Inspection – Check-in at F-Counters on the International Departure Hall (2^nd FLOOR)– Immigration Inspection – Security Check – Proceed to the corresponding boarding gate – Wait for boarding

Ⅱ. Transfer Service

1. Applicable provisions and the corresponding explanation

 Transfer passengers meeting the following conditions are eligible for Xiamen Airlines interline transfer services: 

1.1 Purchase Xiamen Airlines interline tickets under the same ticket number. 

1.2 The actual operating carrier is Xiamen Airlines. Passengers taking code-share flights are not eligible for interline transfer services. 

1.3 Xiamen Airlines could only provide interline transfer services to passengers with self-care ability (certified by Xiamen Airlines ). Unaccompanied minor/senior citizens are not eligible for interline transfer services. Miners under 16 years old shall apply for interline transfer service accompanied by adult relatives.

2. Through Check-in Service Provided At Xiamen Airport

* International Through Checked passengers shall read the policies and rules of China Customs and Security and sign the letter of authorization printed on the baggage tag before checking in baggage at the departing airport. Xiamen Airlines own the right to cooperate with China Customs or Security to implement the open-package inspection without passengers’ presence.

【Domestic -Domestic】

Passengers taking domestic flights and transferring via Xiamen to domestic Chinese destinations with both segments operated by Xiamen Airlines, are eligible for through check-in at the originating airport and do not need to pick up the checked baggage at Xiamen Airport (subject to notification of the originating station).

【Domestic -International（Regional）】

Changchun, Chongqing, Changsha, Dalian, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Harbin, Haikou, Hangzhou, Hefei, Jinan, Kunming, Nanjing, Nanning, Tsingtao, Shanghai Hongqiao, Shenyang, Taiyuan, Tianjin, Wuhan, Xi’an, Xining, Yinchuan, Zhengzhou, Chengdu, Ningbo, Guilin, Liuzhou, Lanzhou, Urumqi, Mudanjiang, Shenzhen、Zhoushan, Nanchong, Mianyang, Wuyishan, Lianyungang, Zhuhai, Yuncheng, Guiyang, Zhongwei, Guyuan, Luzhou.

From stations listed above, transferring to MF international flights on the same day as your arrival date or the next day via XIAMEN, baggage through check-in service could be provided. You could check your baggage to final destination and re-print your onward international boarding pass at F-Counters at Xiamen.

Beijing

From Beijing Daxing International Airport, transferring to MF international flights on the same day as your arrival date or the next day via XIAMEN, through check-in service could be provided. You could print your onward international flight board pass and check your baggage to the final destination, and undergo border check procedures within the period noticed on the back of boarding pass.

【International（Regional）- International（Regional）】

Amsterdam, Bali, Bangkok, Doha, Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, Inchon, Jakarta, Kaohsiung, Kuala Lumpur, Los Angeles, Macao, Male, Manila, Melbourne, Osaka, Paris, Penang, Phnom Penh, Rangoon, Sabah, Siem Reap, Singapore, Sydney, Taipei Songshan, Taipei Taoyuan, Tokyo, Vancouver.

From stations listed above, transferring to MF international flights on the same day as your arrival date via XIAMEN, through checked-in service could be provided. You could print your onward flight board pass and check your baggage to the final destination.

If you do not need to apply for transfer lounge or hotel, you could proceed to the “24-hour international direct transfer area” for checking as getting off the plane, and then wait for boarding at the corresponding gate.

【International（Regional）- Domestic】

From stations listed above, transferring to MF domestic flights on the same day as your arrival date via XIAMEN, through checked-in service could be provided. You could print your onward flight board pass and check your baggage to the final destination.

After the completion of inbound formalities inspection, please proceed to the waiting area designated by Customs, and wait until your checked baggage clearance finishes.

From stations listed above, transferring to MF domestic flights on the same day as your arrival date or the next day via XIAMEN, through checked-in service could be provided. You could print your onward flight board pass and check your baggage to the final destination.

5. Warm Tips

5.1 Please prepare all the documents or materials according to the requirement of your destination countries in advance. Travel Document Pre-check is available after issuing your MF international flight ticket.

5.2 Minimum Connecting Time for Xiamen Airline at Xiamen Airport

5.3 Closure time for Check-in

   Domestic Flight: 30 minutes prior to the departure time.

   International（Regional） Flight: 45 minutes prior to the departure time.

   Xiamen Airlines could provide free accommodation service when passengers misconnect due to airline operation and the connecting flight be changed to the next day, but transportation between airport and hotel need to be covered by passenger.
