How to Purchase

Passengers need to contact Xiamen Airlines Amsterdam Office at ams@xiamenair.com to purchase and complete the payment 3 working days before departure.

Terms & Conditions

1.The product is available to all MF812 passengers in economy class.

2.Passengers who purchase the exclusive services are still required to check in on-line or at the airport counter.

3.The fee of the exclusive services will not be refunded if the passenger give up to enjoy the services on the spot.

4.The fee of the exclusive services will be refunded if the services is unable to provide due to airlines reason.

5.If children or infants purchase advanced seating, their guardian (adult) must also purchase the seat next to them.

6. Children or infants cannot purchase the priority boarding service alone without their adult guardians.

7. This product doesn’t offer any other additional priority service on ground or in the aircraft.

8. Priority boarding is only limited to 20 passengers per flight.
