  • Passengers need to contact Xiamen Airlines Amsterdam Office at ams@xiamenair.com or 0031(0)2079 50868 to purchase and complete the payment three working days before departure.

  • The product is available to all MF812 passengers.

  • Passengers who purchase the priority boarding are still required to check in on-line or at the airport counter. This product doesn’t offer any other additional priority service on ground or in the aircraft.

  • Children or infants cannot purchase the priority boarding service alone without their adult guardians.

  • The product is only limited to 20 passengers per flight.

  • Passengers need to contact Xiamen Airlines Amsterdam Office at ams@xiamenair.com or 0031(0)2079 50868 to purchase and complete the payment three working days before departure.

  • The product is available to all MF812 passengers.

  • Passengers who purchase the advanced seating are still required to check in on-line or at the airport counter. If passengers change or modify the advanced seating during on-line check-in process, the fee of the advanced seating will not be refunded.

  • If the advanced seat cannot be provided on board due to schedule or aircraft change, another seat will be assigned by the station team and full refund will be applied.

  • If children or infants purchase advanced seating, their guardian/adult must also purchase the service next to them.

 

 

Meet & Greet

This product offers escort service to bring passengers to the according gate after they have past the passport control. It is designed for middle-aged or elderly people, children, and infants who have low proficiency of English. There is no limit on how many passengers purchase this product per flight.

  • Passengers need to contact Xiamen Airlines Amsterdam Office at ams@xiamenair.com or 0031(0)2079 50868 to purchase and complete the payment three working days before departure.

  • The product is available to all MF812 passengers.

  • After purchasing the product, passengers are still required to go through security check on their own. This product only provides the guide service after passport control to the according gate. There is no additional priority service.

  • After purchasing the product, passengers will be informed about the meeting point, departure time, and other important matters. When they pass the passport control, they need to wait with the guide for other passengers before proceeding. Failure to meet at the spot in time will be seen as giving up the product, and the service cannot be refunded.

  • Children or infants can only purchase the service together with their adult guardians. 

 

Refund or change

  • Passengers can request full refund if there is an involuntary or voluntary flight cancellation of MF812. To avoid wasting unnecessary resources, passengers need to cancel the product earlier than one day in advance. Refund will not be issued when made within 24 hours.

  • Passengers can request one change to the date of service if there is an involuntary or voluntary schedule change. If after the change, passengers are not able to take the flight, full refund can be applied.
