Notice on flying from Canada to China
From now on, All passengers (including people with infection history) who are to fly from Canada to China will only be required to take one nucleic acid test within 48 hours before boarding. The negative certificate of the test shall be uploaded while applying for a QR code with "HDC" mark. Foreign passengers should apply for the QR code with "HDC" mark by logging on the website of (https://hrhk.cs.mfa.gov.cn/H5/ ) via computer or by scanning the 2-dimensional bar code.
Transit passengers via YVR airport from a third region or a third country can either take the nucleic acid test in the original departure place or in Vancouver. The key point is all transit passengers should make sure the QR code with HDC mark should still be valid at the time of boarding.
Children who are under the age of three in the departure date are neither required to take a nucleic acid test nor to apply for a Health Code (HS).
The nucleic acid test shall be done at a medical institution, hospital, or pharmacy recognized by the local public health authorities. The result of the rapid test will not be accepted. A standard test result must include general information such as name, date of birth, passport number, collecting date, test result and report date. Xiamen Airlines recommends that you arrange the test at one of testing institutions recognized by the Consulate-General of the People's Republic of China previously .
