航班不正常服務

一、按局方要求，公佈航班延誤或取消資訊。

二、因廈航原因，造成航班延誤或取消，廈航:
（1）免費提供餐飲; 
（2）提供現有娛樂休閒物品與讀物; 
（3）為有需要的旅客提供通信服務;
（4）出港航班延誤3小時以上，免費向旅客提供膳宿服務，老弱病殘、孕婦、抱小孩旅客、無人陪兒童等需要特殊照顧的旅客優先保障；
（5）延誤航班在目的地機場當日飛行結束後抵達或當地機場已無至市區交通工具，視情為旅客提供地面交通方便；
（6）延誤達4小時或以上航班，對旅客（含嬰兒和兒童旅客）進行經濟補償。

三、由於天氣、突發事件、空中交通管制、安檢和旅客等非廈航原因，在始發站造成的延誤或取消，廈航可協助旅客安排膳宿，費用由旅客自理。

四、廈航航班發生備降、在經停地延誤或取消，廈航免費為旅客提供膳宿服務。


延誤證明

旅客有需要時，可通過候機室現場、廈航直銷機構或廈航官網開具航班不正常證明。
