General Provisions

Xiamen AirlinesBaggage Charges on International and Regional Flights

Musical InstrumentsSmall musical instruments with length less than 100cm and width less than 40cm must be carried on board, and will be considered as cabin-seat baggage.(1) Shall not be included in the free baggage allowance.
(2) Chargesare calculated based on the actual number and weight of items and the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
PrecisionInstruments and AppliancesArticles (such as televisions, loudspeakers, washing machines, refrigerators，desktop PCs, etc.) should be transported as cargo. Such items may be transported as baggage only with the consent of Xiamen Airlines, with the original packaging or with packing approved by Xiamen Airlines.(1) Shall not be included in the free baggage allowance.
(2)Chargesare calculated based on the actual number and weight of items and the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
Surfboards
(1) Shall not be included in the free baggage allowance.
(2) The perimeter of surfboards shall not exceed 300cm (118 inches)
(3) Chargesare calculated based on the actual number and weight of items and the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
Golf EquipmentRefers to a golf bag, containing golf balls, golf clubs and a pair of golf footwear.（1）Will not count against the free baggage allowance.
（2）Each passenger can check golf equipment weighing no more than 23kg measuring no more than 158cm (62 inches) length + width + height .
(3) Oversized or overweight golf equipment is charged according to the actual number and weight of the items and the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
Skiing EquipmentIncludes a pair of skis, two ski poles or a pair of ski boots.(1) Will not count against the free baggage allowance.
(2) Each passage can check ski equipment weighing no more than 23kg measuring no more than 158 cm (62 inches) length + width + height.
(3) Oversized or overweightski equipment is charged according to the actual number and weight of items and the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
Bicycles1. Can be stored in the cargo compartment and transported as baggage only.
2. Only non-electric bicycles can be transported and tires must be deflated before transport.
3. The handlebar of non-foldablebikes must be rotated 90 degrees and secured. The vehicle wheels must be removed  and secured to the bike.		(1) Items measuring no more than 158 cm (62 inches) length + width + height can be included in the free baggage allowance.
(2) Oversized bikes are charged   according to the actual number and weight of items and  the rates specified in Xiamen AirlinesExcess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.
Fishing EquipmentIncludes a tackle box, a creel (beam creel), a pair of fishing boots, two fishing rods and a dip net.(1) Will not count against the free baggage allowance.
 (2) Each passenger can check fishing equipment weighing no more than 23kg measuring no more than 158cm (62 inches) length + width + height.
(3) Oversized or overweight fishing equipment is charged according to the actual number and weight of the items and the rates specified in Xiamen Airlines Excess Baggage Charges on International and Regional Flights.

Note: Xiamen Airlinesis onlyresponsible for theabovespecialbaggage items,according to the generalchecked baggagepolicies(WarsaworMontrealtreaties, andthe relevant provisions of Xiamen Airlines conditions of carriage).
