    "contentHtml": "<p>In case of flight delays or cancellations caused by reasons attributed to Xiamen Airlines, we will provide free meals, hotel accommodations and other services to affected passengers. In case of delays or cancellations caused by factors that are beyond the control of Xiamen Airlines, such as weather, emergencies, air traffic control delays, security check delays and other factors caused by passengers themselves, we will help arrange meals and hotel accommodations, but all expenses must be borne by the passengers.</p><p><br/></p><h3>Flight Cancellations and Changes</h3><p>We may change the aircraft type or routing, and cancel, suspend or delay any flight without prior notice under any of the following circumstances:</p><p>1. To comply with national laws, government regulations and decrees;</p><p>2. To ensure flight safety;</p><p>3. Other uncontrollable reasons.</p><p><br/></p><h3>No show</h3><p>1. If a passenger requests a change of the carrier in case of no-show, such request will be handled according to the regulations for “voluntary refunds” set forth in Xiamen Airlines General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.</p><p>2.If a passenger requests a ticket refund or ticket change in case of no-show, such requests will be handled according to the regulations for “voluntary refunds” or “voluntary changes” set forth in Xiamen Airlines General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.</p><p><br/></p><h3>Miss a flight</h3><p>1. If a passenger misses a flight for personal reasons, the provisions of “No-show” shall apply.</p><p>2. If a passenger misses a flight due to reasons attributed to Xiamen Airlines, we will arrange a seat for the passenger on the next available flight. If the passenger requests a refund, such request will be handled according to the regulations for “Involuntary refunds” set forth in Xiamen Airlines General Conditions of Domestic Carriage for Passengers and Baggage.</p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>"
