Passengers who meet the above conditions and have both segments of their journey on the same ticket for international connecting flights are eligible to apply for free connecting accommodation services. This service is not applicable to certain special passengers as stipulated in the carrier's regulations.


II. Applicable Routes

1.Only flights actually operated by Xiamen Airlines, Hebei Airlines, and Jiangxi Airlines are eligible. This includes code-share flights between Xiamen Airlines and Hebei Airlines, as well as Xiamen Airlines and Jiangxi Airlines. Charter flights and other code-share flights are not applicable.

2.Domestic flights (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are limited to Xiamen Airlines, Hebei Airlines, and Jiangxi Airlines flights, while international and regional flights are limited to Xiamen Airlines flights only.

III. Applicable flight date

This service will be valid for flights from January 10, 2025 (inclusive) onwards.


IV. Booking Process

1.Xiamen, Fuzhou, and Hangzhou: Upon arrival at the airport on their first flight segment, eligible passengers should proceed to the Xiamen Airlines’ interline transit service counter to apply for the free transit hotel service.

2.Quanzhou: Upon arrival at the airport on their first flight segment, eligible passengers should call the interline transit service hotline (0595-85316088, 0595-85318888) to apply for the free transit hotel service. After confirming the hotel, passengers should proceed to the hotel to check in.

3.The transit service counter staff will verify the passengers' information and make hotel reservations for eligible passengers according to the standard procedure. They will also print out the "Xiamen Airlines Transit Passenger Check-in Form," which passengers can use to check in at the designated hotel on their own. Hotel arrangements are standardized as follows:

*Premium class passenger: Passengers who actually purchased First Class or Business Class tickets for the international segment (excluding upgrades at check-in counters, boarding gates, or on board).

4Children under 12 (inclusive) do not occupy beds. Passengers who request a single room for a child under 12 (inclusive) shall pay the additional cost at the hotel front desk. The additional costs for hotels in different cities are as follows:

V. Other Notes

1.This product is for the exclusive use of the said passenger and cannot be transferred. The hotel stay is only valid on the day of arrival of the first leg of the flight. Chinese passengers who transit in Xiamen, Fuzhou, Quanzhou, or Hangzhou must present their ID card when checking in at the hotel.

2.This product includes one night of hotel stay, but does not include other expenses in the hotel and ground transportation to and from the hotel. Passengers must check out according to the specified time. If a passenger requests a late check-out, the additional room charge must be paid by the passenger at the hotel front desk.

3.Passengers using this product are not allowed to enjoy other free transfer services such as transfer lounges.

 5Xiamen Airlines reserves the right to modify the service conditions and related regulations without prior notice. In case of any adjustments to the service rules, the applicable rules at the time shall prevail.

1.Passengers on connecting flights, where one leg is an international or regional route, meeting the above conditions, and both legs are on the same ticket, can apply for the complimentary transit lounge service product.

2.The transit lounge is located outside the airport quarantine area. Xiamen 24-hour direct transit passengers who want to enjoy the transit lounge products need to go through immigration formalities at the Arrival hall before going to the transit lounge.


II. Applicable Conditions

1.Applicable Routes: Flights actually operated by Xiamen Airlines, Hebei Airlines, and Jiangxi Airlines only, including code-shared flights between Xiamen Airlines and Hebei Airlines, Xiamen Airlines and Jiangxi Airlines, as well as charter flights by Xiamen Airlines International Travel. Not applicable to other code-shared flights and charter flights other than those operated by Xiamen Airlines International Travel.

2.Domestic flights (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) are limited to Xiamen Airlines, Hebei Airlines, and Jiangxi Airlines flights, while international and regional flights are limited to Xiamen Airlines flights only.

IV. Booking Process

1. Xiamen: Eligible passengers, with any boarding pass from their Xiamen Airlines transit journey and valid identification, may proceed to the "Xiamen Transit Lounge" on the basement level of the T3 Terminal at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. After verification, they can have a rest there.

2. Fuzhou: Eligible passengers should go to the Xiamen Airlines transit service counter in Fuzhou to collect their "Xiamen Airlines Transit Lounge Admission Slip". With this slip, they can have a rest in the "Airport Business VIP Rest Area (directly opposite Gate 5)" transit lounge on the second floor of Fuzhou Changle International Airport.

IV.Other Instructions

1. This product is for sole use of the said passenger and is non-transferable; the Transit Lounge product code and admission slip can only be used on the day of acquisition.

2. This product does not include any extra paid services within the Transit Lounge.

3. First class and business class passengers may also enjoy Xiamen Airlines' VIP lounge services in the exclusive airport area included in their ticket class while using this product.

4. Passengers who use this product cannot enjoy other free transit services.
