"7-day centralized isolation and medical observation + 3-day home health monitoring" will be implemented at the place of entry. If the destination is Xiamen or Fuzhou but there is no place of residence, the 3-days health monitoring will continue to be carried out at the centralized isolation place. If the destination is a city outside Fujian Province, in principle, after 7 days of centralized isolation and medical observation, they should return to the destination for 3 days of home health monitoring. For those who have been released from quarantine at foreign ports and whose destination is Xiamen or Fuzhou and who have entered the country for less than 10 days, they should continue to complete home health monitoring for 10 days.

.Travelers with a history staying in medium or high risk areas (which is defined by the WeChat mini-program of Inquiry of Outbreak Risk Level released by the State Council, please scan the appendix 3) are required to be cooperative with the local prevention measures.

.The expenses of accommodation and food incurred shall be borne by the travelers themselves.

.Starting from June 8, 2020, according to “Notice on the Unified Use of the Fujian Health Code”, all travelers entering Fujian shall declare relevant information in advance through the “闽政通”App (please scan the appendix 4 below to download the App) before arrival and get the Fujian Health Code . All inbound travelers shall truthfully report personal health conditions, and cooperate with relevant departments on temperature screening, medical inspection, medical observation in designated places, nucleic acid testing, antibody testing and other measures.

.So far, all places nationwide have taken strict preventive measures. Travelers are strongly advised to use “厦航防疫政策速查系统”(click here), and should be cooperative in their departure cities, destinations as well as their transfer cities in line with these local prevention policies (note: the information collected in the H5 is for reference only, the latest official version shall prevail). Please allow enough time at the airport before departure to implement the prevention and control measures, avoiding any losses caused by missing a flight.
